New year, New me

So Christmas is done, I'm finally 1 day away from applying to work in Florida for the year and I'm meant to be saving but instead the Christmas sales have gotten the better of me. . .I've so far spend £40 in the sales and that's even before i go sale shopping next week. . . :/

I do have the plan of 're-newing' my wardrobe with a tonne of accessories so i can make my old clothes look better and cuter but I'm meant to be saving.

I'll admit now. . . that £40 hasn't even TOUCHED my monies but Florida monies isn't just gonna magic out of my arse. . .I'm working on my Ferne Cotton style and i think I'm getting pretty successful with it.

I'm so much more confident and happier in myself now that I'm a single lady, I've gotten to know MYSELF once again. . .seriously. . .you ask me any question about me and I'll answer you straight away instead of thinking about it and then looking at my ex for an answer.

I'd like to think that i am personally a little bubble of joy, I've always been told that i sparkle and i felt I'd lost my sparkle over the last 2 years just because i became 'comfortable'.

So its a new year and the 'new' me is here. I say 'new' cos I'm still the same me, i just have the confidence to be the real me, if you don't like it then tough shit basically.

I'm finally becoming who i want to be. . .and soon in a few years time ill finally be EMILY TURNER. . .THE CELEBRITY TEXTILE DESIGNER. But for now I'm focusing on living my life and doing a few of my dreams. If i don't apply for Florida then ill be kicking myself all the way to my grave, at least by tonight i can say that Ive tried.

Maybe ill find my 'Daniel' in America.
